During a difficult transition phase for the center, she “plunged in with a high degree of energy and moved the project forward swiftly“, impressing the CEO and the board. At the L.A. Free Clinic, Allison managed the department during an interim period between directors, oversaw the launch of a major fundraising campaign project, and instituted brand new initiatives like board member outreach training and a successful donor recognition event.

As a result, the clinic’s executive director called her “the most productive, ethical and dedicated consultant” he had ever worked with.
